Information, not advice

Guides explain DORA and the FCA/PRA operational resilience regime and attribute statements to their sources. They are general information about those regimes, not compliance advice, not a compliance determination and not a substitute for advice on your own firm and facts. If a guide and a regime text differ, the regime text governs: for DORA, the Official Journal text as consolidated on EUR-Lex; for the UK regime, the FCA and PRA policy statements.

Accuracy and dates

Every guide carries the date it was last checked. Law, standards, and guidance change; a guide is a dated snapshot of a checked position, and its checking date tells you how current the snapshot claims to be. We correct errors openly on the corrections page.
